Rémy Asper

I am a graduate of the University of Geneva Law School and the University of Michigan Law School. I started my career at a high-ranked law firm in Geneva where I focused on commercial litigation, white-collar crime, business transactions and corporate advice to local and global clients. I founded my law office in Geneva in 2017 after a two-year stay in the United States where I developed my skills in transactional and corporate law and worked for the music industry.

The combination of my Swiss and American experience is the basis of comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, companies and organizations. I help them make strategical decisions and represent them in transactions and litigation.

As a musician myself, I am always happy to use my skills in intellectual property and my knowledge of the music and audiovisual industry to provide support to creatives and the organizations managing their rights.
