I negotiate and draft commercial and IP agreements, agreements among partners and with investors, employment contracts, service agreements and business sale transactions.

I am familiar with the specific requirements of the watchmaking industry and the medical sector.

I also assist private clients on family and estate matters.

I have substantial litigation experience and represent clients before civil, administrative and criminal courts. My practice areas include civil liability, insurance, employment, real estate, commercial disputes and white-collar crime.

I work in French and English and am fluent in German.
